- A My Hub Technologies Partner conditions specifies that children below the age of 18 years are strictly not eligible for applying for service registration nor can they be lawfully registered as a Partner. The registration is not directed towards children under 18, they are not allowed to register with us, or provide personal data. Persons of all age are eligible to use the services provided by our Partners.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information immediately.

- Call and SMS Data: Data related to communications between Users and Partners, including date, time, phone numbers, and content of SMS messages.
- Log Information: Server logs containing information like device IP address, access dates and times, app features viewed, crashes, browser type, and previous interactions with third-party services.
Important Information About Platform Permissions
To provide our services effectively, we may require certain platform permissions from your mobile operating system. You can manage these permissions in your device settings.
Collection and use of Partner information:
My Hub Technologies and its Affiliates may collect personal data from Partner (Third Party Transport Provider) during the course of Partner’s sign-up for, and use of, the My Hub Technologies Services, including location data, which information may be stored, processed, and accessed by My Hub Technologies and its affiliates for business purposes, including for marketing, lead generation, service development and improvement, analytics, industry and market research, and such other purposes consistent with My Hub Technologies and its affiliates’ legitimate business needs. The Partner expressly consents to such collection and use of personal data.
We collect your personal information when you provide such information to become a Partner member or a partner member of My Hub Technologies during completion of your registration.

PARTNERS
- Registration and payment details
- Where you choose to use My Hub Technologies social networking features or pages (including our Face book pages and Twitter accounts), such information that you post or about yourself;
- Location data, including your journey start and end points and route taken normal location of operation, number of jobs and the like.
- Your Subscription Model: The Partner will be on board with us on a monthly subscription basis.
- Subscription Changes: Subscription amounts are subject to market demand and other factors. The fluctuation of the amount will be noticed as on the basis of on going marketing and other promotions.
Cookies
- When you visit our website, details are recorded about your visit, such as time and date, your server address, pages accessed, time spent and type of browser. This information is used in an anonymous form for statistical purposes and as such cannot identify you individually.

PHONE NUMBER USAGE
We collect your phone number information from you when you register with My Hub Technologies. “My Hub Technologies is use Payment Gateways for India which will request and access phone numbers. This will be used for payment and invoicing usage only and My Hub Technologies will not share or distribute this information in any other medium.” We use your number to create My Hub Technologies travel itineraries and invoices and offer related services, such as rides to the airport, Bike taxi rides, or deliveries.
My Hub Technologies does not sell or share user personal data include a mobile number with third parties.
- My Hub Technologies does not store any Customer, Partner or visitor credit card details on its servers. My Hub Technologies ensures your credit card information (if required for registration purposes) provided during registration is on-passed to a third party accredited payment processing company. This company ensures all transactional details of the credit card are transmitted over secure lines using encrypted software. They use a mechanism widely used by the e-commerce communities to transfer sensitive data over the Internet called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL is a protocol that provides communications privacy, authentication and message integrity and prevents eavesdropping, tampering or message forgery by encrypting data.

- You accept that not all recipients of your information may have privacy policies or be subject to privacy laws equivalent to My Hub Technologies’s and consent to the disclosure of your personal information for that purpose.
- Where you send us email, use our feedback form, or enter into interactive chat with us in relation to your matters as a Partner, Customer or visitor, we may record this information to improve our service and assist you with any requests. This information will not be disclosed to any third party, except as required to provide you with the services you request.

- It is necessary to enforce the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement
- It is required, in My Hub Technologies or any affiliate’s sole discretion, by applicable law (e.g., My Hub Technologies receives a subpoena or warrant for information); or
- It is necessary due to any reasonable circumstances prevailing requiring such disclosure of information.
- We never disclose information to anyone (except pursuant to a court order or otherwise where required by law).
- We only disclose your information in under mentioned situations
- To any suppliers and subcontractors (including payment providers) in order to fulfill the service

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- The Customer, Partner and Company agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this policy will be settled by binding arbitration, except that each party retains the right to bring an individual action in small claims court and the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation or violation of a party’s copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents or other intellectual property rights.
- The Customer and Partner and visitors acknowledge and agree that they and the Company are each waiving the right to a trial by jury. The disputes need to be solved through arbitration.
- You expressly waive the rights to join with other parties in bringing any “class action” whatsoever against My Hub Technologies. This clause may be used by My Hub Technologies to fully defend and disallow such “class action”. In the event such class action is pursued My Hub Technologies shall be entitled to a payment of a defense bond of US$ 50Million to be paid to us upfront before My Hub Technologies take steps to deal with such matters required for the defense.
- Arbitration Rules and Governing Law: Any legal case or dispute shall be settled under the laws of INDIA.
- Arbitration Process: A party who desires to initiate arbitration must provide the other party with a written notice for Arbitration.
- Arbitration Location: Unless the Customer and Company otherwise agree, the arbitration will be conducted in the county where the Company resides.
- Arbitration procedure: ACICA procedure is to be followed.
- Fees: Each party will pay their own legal fees.
- We, MY HUB TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED are not responsible for any orders placed through the platform as MY HUB TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED is platform facilitates the demand and supply of products and services to end-users.
Changes to the Statement
We may change this Statement from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy.
